Hi, I am an integrated counsellor (person centred and CBT).

I am experienced in working with people living with depression , anxiety.

I am on the approved list of therapists for Anxiety UK and have experience of  working with people from all walks of life

My approach is mostly person centred, however, I  sometimes use CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) for more solution focussed work, if the client feels it would be beneficial to do this.

I am committed to the BACP ethical framework, which guides my practice. I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, dementia, trauma, isolation, co-dependency and loss.

I have previously  volunteered with three different agencies (Southend Carers, Cariads (dementia support) and Brentwood MIND).

Hi, I am an integrated counsellor with particular experience and interest in working with OCD, including intrusive thoughts.  I have five years' experience of working  for the charity OCD Action.  I use a combination of person centred therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in my work. CBT is evidenced to be especially useful in helping to manage OCD.

I am committed to the BACP ethical framework, which guides my practice. I have experience of working with OCD, anxiety, depression, isolation, loss and children's counselling.

I am currently volunteering with Place2Be and have also worked with Brentwood MIND and Dove Counselling.
